Nondisjunction can occur in the first or second meiotic divisions.
   This  can  produce  gametes  that  either  contain  two  members  of a
   chromosome or lack that chromosome.

   After  fertilization  by a normal gamete, monosomic, disomic (normal),
   or trisomic zygotes are produced.
