tRNA   "charging"  starts  when  an
   aminoacyl tRNA synthetase catalyzes the conversion of an amino acid to
   aminoacyladenylic acid.
   A hydrolyzed ATP donates the phosphate to form the complex.
   The amino acid is transferred to the appropriate tRNA at the 3' end.
