Dicer  binds to double-stranded RNA
   molecules and cleaves them into small interfering RNAs (siRNAs).

   These  bind to RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC) and are unwound to
   form  single-stranded  molecules  that target mRNAs with complementary
   sequences marking them for degradation.
